Bylaw No. 3221 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 190 and Development Permit No. 07-22
Purpose: To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 5302 200 Street, 20030 53A Avenue, 20011, 20022 and 20031 53 Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD86 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 6-storey, 84-unit apartment development.
Legal Description: Lots 301, 312, 313, 314, 315, District Lot 305, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 42983
The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, November 22, 2022 to Monday, December 5, 2022 online by clicking: Bylaw 3221; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; Architectural Plans; and Landscape Plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.
Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and should be received by no later than 12:00PM on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
