The City of Langley, with the cooperation of School District No.35 and the Langley RCMP, created the Getting to Know Langley City educational booklet as a resource for students to learn about local government through the example of our City.

KPU boasts a diverse student population of approximately 20,000 students each year, supported by nearly 1,800 employees, and backed by a network of 70,000 alumni. KPU has more than 140 programs available across seven faculties and schools, offering a range of credentials, including bachelor’s degrees, apprenticeships, diplomas, certificates and citations. Among its five campuses is KPU Langley, home to state-of-the-art facilities for nursing, horticulture, brewing and research programs, including high-tech science labs and greenhouses, a horticulture field lab, a turf training facility, sophisticated nursing labs, the KPU Brew Lab and a 250-seat auditorium.

Langley Community Music School

The Langley Community Music School is a non-profit organization, supported by the three levels of government and charitable donations. It provides a centre for excellence in music education that attracts students from all over the world. It offers training for all levels, from beginner to emerging professionals. Home to a $2.1 million, 19,354 square feet (1,798 square metres) facility (which includes a 210-seat recital hall, a large classroom and numerous studios), the school also presents two professional concerts each year.

Langley Education Centre offers secondary school options for teens and adults to continue and complete secondary education. The Langley Education Centre also offers courses in ESL for adults registered in the high school graduation program. Both day and night classes are available.
