Bylaw No. 3253 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 196 and Development Permit No. 03-23
Purpose: To amend the City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 20659, 20669 and 20679 Eastleigh Crescent (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM1 Multiple Residential Low-Density Zone to the CD90 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate the development of two 6-storey apartment buildings with a total of 171 units.
Legal Description: Lots 43-45, District Lot 37, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 34280
The proposed bylaw and supporting documents may be viewed from Tuesday, August 29, 2023 to Monday, September 11, 2023 online by clicking: Bylaw 3253, ADP Explanatory Memo, ADP Report, architectural plans, landscape plans and tenant relocation information or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.
