Bylaw 3218 - Automated Vote Counting System Authorization and Procedure Bylaw
Council adopted “City of Langley Bylaw 3218 - Automated Vote Counting System Authorization and Procedure Bylaw” which establishes mail ballot voting procedures and time limits with respect to general local elections.
2023 RCMP Approval in Principle
Council carried the motion to authorize a letter of approval in principle to be sent to the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General to increase the detachment strength by 6 members to 57.35 members and increase the 100% RCMP budget by $1,278,985 for an RCMP total budget cap of $13,856,240.
Award of Request for Proposals T2022-006, City of Langley 2022 Roads and Underground Utilities Design Works
Council carried the motion to "Award of Request for Proposals T2022-006, City of Langley 2022 Roads and Underground Utilities Design Works" which will be awarded to ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. with the estimated cost of $430,344 (excluding GST).
