The City of Langley has received a Development Variance Permit application for the property located at 19907 53 Avenue (see map below). The Development Variance Permit would authorize the construction of a duplex at a two-storey height with an interior lot line (north) setback of 1.5 metres.
The issuance of the Development Variance Permit is governed by Part 14 of the Local Government Act and the guidelines contained in the City's Official Community Plan (OCP).
Langley City Council will consider the above Development Variance Permit application at their regular meeting scheduled on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 3PM by electronic means. At this Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Development Variance Permit will be afforded an opportunity to be heard, or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Development Variance Permit.
