Bylaw 3180 - Zoning Amendment (RZ 02-21) and Development Permit No. 03-21 & Development Permit Application DP 03-21 (5324, 5326, 5334 and 5336 198 Street)

Council gave final reading to Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 3180 which rezones the properties located at 5324, 5326, 5334 and 5336 198 Street from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to CD77 Comprehensive Development Zone in order to accommodate a 13-unit townhouse development on the subject properties and approved the Development Permit Application for this development.

Bylaw 3189 - Zoning Amendment No. 182 and DP 10-21 and Development Permit Application DP 10-21 ( 5364-5380 198 Street & 19824 54 Avenue)

Council gave final reading to  Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 3189 which rezones the properties located at 5364-5380 198 Street & 19824 54 Avenue from the RS1 Single Family Residential zone to the CD79 Comprehensive Development zone in order to accommodate a 30-unit townhouse development on the subject properties and approved the Development Permit Application for this development.
