Bylaw No. 3250 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 194 and Development Permit No. 01-23

Purpose:  To amend the City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 20214 and 20224 54A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM1 Multiple Residential Low Density Zone to the CD89 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 6-storey, 75-unit apartment development.

Legal Description: Lot 44-46, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 29783 & Lot 21, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 8183.

The proposed bylaw, ADP Explanatory Memo, ADP Report, project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, July 11, 2023 to Monday, July 24, 2023 online by clicking: Bylaw 3250; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel ReportArchitectural Plans and Landscape Plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.

Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00PM on the day of the Public Hearing.
