Bylaw No. 3245 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 192 and Development Permit No. 02-23

Purpose:  To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 5404, 5406, 5408, 5414 207 Street (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD88 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 8-storey, 78-unit apartment development.

Legal Description: Lot 44-46, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 29783 & Lot 21, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 8183.

The proposed bylaw, ADP Explanatory Memo, ADP Report, project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, July 4, 2023 to Monday, July 17, 2023 online by clicking: Bylaw 3245; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; Architectural Plans and Landscape Plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.

Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00PM on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
