Bylaw 3197 - Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 03-73
Council gave final reading (adoption) of Bylaw 3197 which discharges the Land Use Contract No. 03-73 from the property located at 20785 Fraser Highway which is zoned C1 Downtown Commercial. Removal of the Land Use Contract enables the accommodation of a 6-storey, 200-unit apartment development and 1,518m2 commercial mixed-use development. Council then approved the Development Permit for this development.
