Please note that masks are now required at all times during programs and while inside our facilities. 

Fitness Classes are open to Youth aged 14 and older. Pre registration is mandatory, no drop ins permitted. Our weight room is also open for youth aged 16 and older. Youth aged 13 to15 can use the weight room as long as they have an adult with them. Book your 90 minute weight room session and fitness classes now!
