Whether you are a beginner attempting a Triathlon for the very first time or a seasoned Triathlete needing extra motivation and training tips, this program is for you!  Work with an experienced Triathlon coach to build endurance in all 3 sports (swimming, biking, running), learn overall strategy and improve your swimming technique and stroke efficiency.

Registrants for the TRI-IT Training program will receive a complimentary 1 month pass for City of Langley Recreation.  Valid  May 12 - June 12, 2020.




The TRI-IT Triathlon is a fun family event that aims to encourage people of all ages and abilities to become physically active and participate in events that foster community spirit.  In order to keep this event affordable to all, the 2020 TRI-IT Committee is seeking community partners to join our cause and sponsor this community event.

All net proceeds from the 2020 TRI-IT Triathlon will be donated to HD Stafford Middle School.  Show your support for the HD Stafford Skyhawks by visiting their BBQ/Concession at the TRI-IT!

Want to be a part of this great event but not race ready?  Volunteers are needed for a variety of race day duties including:

Course Marshals:  Direct racers on a various routes, ensure routes are properly marked and followed.

Lap Counters:  Record and supervise laps on various routes (swim, bike & run).

Registration/Information:  Hand out race packages and timing chips.  Ensure participants have  waivers completed and updated route maps and race information.

Finish-line crew:  collect timing chips, ensure finish line remains clear of spectators, hand-out finishing medals.

Transition supervisors:  ensure bikes and equipment are secure, enforce rules and safety in the transition area (racers only, no cycling permitted).

Volunteers must be available 7am - 1pm on race day:  Sunday June 14, 2020

Volunteers will receive a complimentary bbq lunch and be eligible to win draw prizes!
