The 2024 property tax notices were mailed in late-May 2024. If you have not received your tax notice, please contact the Tax department tax@langleycity.ca or 604-514-2809.
All property owners are responsible for payment of property taxes and applicable penalties, regardless of whether or not a tax notice is received. Payments of the 2024 property taxes and claiming of the Provincial Homeowner Grant, if applicable, must be made on or before July 2, 2024 to avoid an additional penalty.
Payment options include:
• Online
• Telephone banking or pay in-person at your bank or financial institution
• Send payment by mail (20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC V3A 4B3)
• Pay in-person at City Hall (20399 Douglas Crescent)
• After-hours drop box located at the north entrance of City Hall or the Timms Community Centre (20399 Douglas Crescent), Langley, BC V3A 4B3
Your homeowner grant needs to be claimed with the Province at www.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or by calling 1-888-355-2700.
