Purpose: To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to the rezone the properties located at
19959,19971,19985 – 56 Avenue; 5643 & 5647 - 200 Street (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the I1 Light Industrial Zone to accommodate a 2-building, 5,561 m2 industrial-office development.

The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, October 5, 2021 to Monday, October 18, 2021 online by clicking: Bylaw 3184; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; Architectural Plans; and Landscape Plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
