Bylaw No. 3123 - Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 11-78
Purpose: To authorize the discharge of Land Use Contract No. 11-78 from the property located at 19671 50A Avenue. The owner has applied to have Land Use Contract No. 11-78 discharged from the title of the property to facilitate a future Building Permit application for a secondary suite.

All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
