Bylaw No. 3173 - Zoning Bylaw Amendment RZ 04-21 and Development Permit No. DP 05-21
Purpose: To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 19665 and 19669 55A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD75 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 15-unit townhouse development. The proposed development is incompatible with the density parameters permitted in the current Zoning Bylaw and requires a Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone to accommodate it.
Legal Description: Lot “C,” Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District, Plan 19555; Lot “A,” Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District, Plan 15665
The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, June 29, 2021 to Monday, July 12, 2021 online by clicking: Bylaw 3173; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; and Architectural Plans or in person at Langley City Hall in the Development Services Department.

V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to email@example.com and should be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
