Bylaw No. 3165 - Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 06-20 and Development Permit No. 08-20
Purpose: To amend the City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the property located at 5609 201A Street (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM2 Multiple Residential Medium Density Zone to the RM3 Multiple Residential High Density Zone to accommodate a 5-storey, 62-unit apartment development.
Legal Description: Lot 62 Except: Firstly: Part Subdivided by Plan 31183 and Secondly: Parcel A (Bylaw Plan 68245), District Lot 309, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 29687
The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, April 27, 2021 to Monday, May 10, 2021 online by clicking: Bylaw 3165; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; Architectural Plans; and Landscape Plans.
Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to email@example.com and must be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
